GP: “Finally a response from somebody in Parliament who is willing to help rather than fumble around the issue. So our hat is off to Liberal Democrat MP Julia Goldsworthy, This is in reply to a request for help from Del’s foster sister.”
Here is the letter dated 6th April 2010 from her MP.
Dear Ms Kirkland,
I was very sorry to read the email and documents that you sent to me today. I can only imagine what a heartbreaking time your family must be going through.
I have, as you requested, written to the Foreign Office to raise this case with them and ask for their urgent assistance. I will be back in touch as soon as I receive a response, but if there is anything further I can do in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to contact me through my constituency office again. Please keep me up to date with any further developments.
Yours sincerely,
Julia Goldsworthy
Liberal Democrat MP
GP: “So please do the same and contact your MP and help us end this scandal and don’t be put off, Del is not even in Liberal Democrat MP Julia Goldsworthy constituency. Julia obviously felt that this outrage on a UK citizen needed dealing with NOW!”
For a further sad reading on what is an incredible story

Deree is a good friend of mine and i am shocked and saddened by what has happened to him. It is even more shocking that the British High Commision has not really stepped up and helped him. I am praying for you Deree and keep well.
